Carlisle Bowenwork will be adding educational classes to its offerings. A sampling of the new classes offered at the Center for Wholistic Health and Wellness include Making Kombucha; Fermenting Vegetables; Making Herbal Salves; Juicing, Blending and Sprouting; Women’s Sexuality After Menopause; Couples Massage; Infant Massage; and Belly Dancing. In addition, there will be a new series of Bowenwork classes beginning in April.

Nancy Bittinger is beginning to realize her vision of seeing Carlisle Bowenwork as the Wholistic Center she dreamed it could be. “‘Wholistic’ is not a misspelling of ‘Holistic’,says Bittinger. “Wholistic refers to ‘the whole,’ a whole item or whole body of a person or thing. The word defines the consideration of the entire structure, which includes the body, the mind and the spirit, in the case of a human being.”
