New Classes at Absolute Pilates

Allison Zang

The Studio By Absolute Pilates is celebrating their second anniversary by launching two new classes: Rebounding and TRX, with free, 30-minute demos from April 20 to 22. Owner Allison Blust-Zang says, “We are increasing our offering in personal training. We are the first studio in the area to offer rebounding classes. This is very low-impact cardio class done on personal trampolines. We are also combining classic training concepts of barre and TRX together to bring an impactful workout.”
