Capital Area Head Start offers part day preschool programs for children 3 to 5 years old and Early Head Start services for children ages up to 3 years old and pregnant women. Keystone Human Services, Capital Area Head Start provides a comprehensive child development program designed to give children a head start in life so they can have success at home, school and in the community.

Children in all programs receive comprehensive services, including educational, medical, dental, nutritional and family social services.
