Holiday Open House at Mending Roots

Mending Roots Wellness is having a fun Holiday Open House from noon to 5 p.m., December 11, at 2138 Market St., in Camp Hill, after opening in August. There will be chair massage, a demonstration by nutritional therapist, crafts for kids and adults and an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest. It’s a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping and purchase gift certificates for loved ones. Local artists featured in the boutique will have crafts for sale.

Mending Roots Wellness offers massage therapy, holistic nutritional therapy with a licensed dietitian and several different yoga classes. A Barton-Certified Dyslexia specialist serves children and adults, and life coaching is coming soon. There are workshops, classes, art/craft therapy, nutrition classes, meditation and breathing with gurus, open motion (expressive dance), support groups and more.

An artisan boutique supports local and regional artists, selling candles, purses, grocery bags, handcrafted jewelry and chemical-free body and laundry products.
