Patricia Gadsden has opened the Life Esteem Holistic Health Wellness Center at 900 South Arlington Avenue, in Harrisburg. There will be an open house celebration from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., December 15. The Holistic Health Wellness center will provide programs to address all aspects of wellness, including meditation, mindfulness massage therapy, physical fitness, nutrition and healthy eating, yoga, reiki, Pilates, tai chi, aroma therapy, creative writing, journaling, art, painting, drawing, music, sound therapy, purposeful living gatherings and smart recovery sessions.

“By focusing on physical, emotional/mental, social and spiritual wellness, individuals will be educated on positive lifestyle choices and supported in their efforts for personal self-care in order to achieve and maintain optimal levels of wellness,” says Gadsden.
