Nonprofit Oryoki Zendo, a Zen Buddhist organization offering individual and group direction through mindfulness meditation, retreats, counseling and educational workshops, will be joining The Inner-Connection with Wednesday night meditations from 7 to 8 p.m.

Oryoki Zendo’s mission is to enrich people’s lives through mindfulness practices, and they are dedicated to teaching and promoting the many ways mindfulness can make people happier and healthier.
