Resolving Our Inner Conflicts

Dec 01, 2017 07:57PM ● By Dan Landis

There is much turmoil in the world today that we can be swept away emotionally, and if we are not careful ,we begin to develop negative attitudes and beliefs. These feelings can lead to overwhelm and eventually hopelessness and despair. We must not become victims of this downward spiral. We all live from our beliefs and store them in our subconscious minds. Thus, to begin permanent change, we must change our beliefs. We change our beliefs by implementing a simple, powerful and consistent process.

We can begin this process the moment we feel turmoil within our body. These negative feelings usually sit in the belly, our “emotional GPS”. As soon as we feel disruptions in your peace, begin the “emotional creation process”. It opens with a short inhale. As we exhale, recite, “There is no turmoil.” This first step begins releasing our false belief. At the bottom of the exhale, rest for a second or two. On the following inhale, say, “peace” and again hold at the top of the breath for a second or two. The key to success is to allow the deep feeling of peace.

This completes one cycle of the process. To ensure success, do seven cycles. The number seven metaphysically represents the completion of a new creation. We are creating profound peace within our subconscious mind. Experience the peace. Be peace.
