Go Aerial at Anahata Yoga

Lena Hershey

Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement is now offering Aerial Yoga classes. Five- and 10-class pass packages are available, as well as a drop-in option for access to just one class. Beginner and open level classes are offered at different times and days.

With aerial yoga, postures are done with the support or inside a silk aerial yoga hammock securely suspended from the ceiling. The apparatus is extremely durable and can support up to 1,000 pounds.

Owner Elena Hershey says, “Among the many benefits of aerial yoga are spinal decompression, a therapeutic calming effect and support in poses that would otherwise be difficult or inaccessible to practitioners such as inversions.”

Location: 401 E. Louther St., Entrance 2, Carlisle. For more information, call 717-440-1722, email: Info@anahatayogapa.com or visit AnahataYogaPA.com.
