The upcoming Women’s Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., March 22, at the Hershey Lodge, in Hershey. Join other women from the region for a day to relax and be pampered.

PinnacleHealth, the Health and Wellness Sponsor, will be offering healthy living information, as well as body type analysis screenings and bone density screenings. Michelle Wohlfarth, from the Healthy Living Kitchen, will talk about the detoxing and energizing health benefits of various foods and prepare a quick and crunchy salad for spring. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn self-defense moves in a demonstration by Dom DeSantis, from Be Safe in PA.

Other highlights include a fashion show by Head To Toe Boutique, and Mitzi Jones will talk about what someone’s handwriting says about their personality. A Hula Hoop contest will be in full swing at the Women’s Expo, with a $100 cash prize to the person who can keep their Hula Hoop swinging the longest.
