Beers is Reaching International Audiences




Cindy Beers, yoga instructor and owner of Red Head Yoga, will present her Mindful Yoga for Anxiety course, along with teaching it to other yogis from around the world at the International Yoga Festival in Kawai Purpura, Auckland, New Zealand, from February 22 through 28.

Beers, the author of Mindful Yoga for Teen Anxiety and Mindful Yoga for Adult Anxiety, is also participating in the Illuminate Nashville Festival, Namas Da Philly, Illuminate Pittsburgh Festival, Oceansound Yoga Festival, in Kenting, Tawain, and Roots of Love Yoga Festival, in North Carolina.
