Receive Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki masters Trish Zook or Karin Philips will administer attunements to align with a higher source as part of a Reiki Level 1 training at 10 a.m., February 18, at H2L Studio, in Mechanicsburg. Students will receive certification upon completion of the class.

Reiki is a noninvasive, hands-on healing technique. Zook says, “The first level of reiki is about healing the self and loved ones. Students will learn the history, the principles, chakra energy centers, reiki hand positions and how to give a complete treatment. Reiki adjusts to the needs of the individual.”

“Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life force energy. Reiki is balancing, stress reducing, loving, relaxing, energizing, detoxifying and facilitating the healing of body, mind and spirit,” says Philips.

Cost is $150 plus $18 for textbook. Location: 2151 Fisher Rd., Ste. 103, Mechanicsburg. To reserve a spot in the training, call 717-697-4425, email Info@H2LStudio.com or visit H2LStudio.com.
