Studio Solomon Celebrates Black History Month

While many Black History Month celebrations and events will focus on African-American history in an educational setting, Studio Solomon will offer and spotlight several Afro-centric activities throughout the month of February. This celebration will be filled with regular class offerings, as well as pop-up classes offered outside regular class times, a few free sessions and some visiting instructors.

The public is invited to join the fun, observe and/or participate in traditional West African Drumming, AfroCardio (African dance fitness), the Universal African Fighting Arts System martial arts, and traditional West African dance. These activities offer both physical fitness and cultural learning opportunities.

Location: 310 S. 10th St. (2nd fl.), Lemoyne. For more information, call 717-329-2955 or visit StudioSolomon.com.
