New Yoga Studio Opens in Carlisle




Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement is a new yoga and movement studio located at 401 East Louther Street, entrance 2, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Classes begin January 8. A special introductory offer of two months’ unlimited class access for $50 per month is available to new clients and five- and 10-class passes are 25 percent off through January 10.

The studio offers classes in the morning, lunch time and evening in a variety of styles, including vinyasa, yin yoga and restorative and gentle yoga with meditation for beginning and intermediate practitioners. Owner Lena Hershey says, “We offer small group classes for a maximum of 12 people, allowing us to pay close individual attention to every student in class.”
