Virginia “Gini” Cormier, LSW, CEAP, ACC, took the position of Program Director of Access Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), in Harrisburg, on June 6, bringing 20 years of experience working in a federal employee assistance program. Cormier, a licensed social worker, certified employee assistance provider and associate certified coach, understands the struggles leaders face as they manage and build their businesses while seeking a healthy work/life balance.

Access EAP has been providing comprehensive employee assistance program services since 1986, serving more than 100,000 people in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Another important service through Access EAP is Drug Free Workplace PA, a nonprofit organization that helps create and implement drug-free workplace programs for Pennsylvania businesses.
