Get Inspired and Feel Refreshed at Dauphin County Women’s Expo

Mar 02, 2015 10:19PM ● By Christianne Rupp

To get rid of the winter blahs, get out of the house and have some fun, plan to visit the second annual Dauphin County Women’s Expo, held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., March 21, at the Hershey Lodge, in Hershey.

Visitors can learn about products or services that touch just about every facet of a woman’s life, including health and wellness, nutrition, fitness, travel, home improvements, finances, entertainment and more. They can also practice preventive care by taking advantage of the free health screenings being offered.

Or, work out some kinks and feel the tension ease away with a free mini-massage or do a little retail therapy with the vendors selling their wares. Demonstrations and entertainment are always an enjoyable part of the Women’s Expo. Make sure to stop by center stage often so not to miss anything, including the fashion show.

New this year is the Hottest and Bravest Firefighters contest at 12:30 p.m. on the center stage. The winner will be announced at 1 p.m. Invite family and friends to support a local fire station, because votes ($1 donation) will help raise money for each one.

Sponsors include Emerald Springs Spa and The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School. Enjoy some time with other women at the Women’s Expo, relax and rejuvenate. “It’s a great way to spend your day.”

Location: 325 University Dr. Hershey, PA. For more information about sponsoring, exhibiting and free advance guest registration ($5 at the door), visit AGreatWayToSpendMyDay.com. For free admission coupon, see ad on page 5.
