Absolute Pilates & Barre is hosting a special Breakfast for Dinner Party on March 29 for “Food Mood Girl” Lindsey Smith, who is promoting and signing her new book, Eat Your Feelings. It’s the only cookbook that focuses on eating for emotional and mental health. Participants will be able to eat their feelings the healthy way and learn about which foods impact their moods.
