Good ViBRAYtions Facilitate Healing

Tammy & Jack Bray

Tammy and Jack Bray, owners of Joyful ViBRAYtions, have launched a new mobile wellness service that employs nontraditional healing methods based on music, fun and the body’s innate self-healing powers via the higher vibrations of play, laughter and community. Jack says, “This is important, because as a society, we have forgotten the healing power of play. Joyful ViBRAYtions reminds people that wellness in the body and mind begins with an uplifted spirit.”

Tammy and Jack bring more than 50 years of combined professional experience in the mental health and wellness field. Both are certified laughter yoga teachers and leaders. Tammy is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and a reiki master, and Jack is a certified drum circle leader.

Transformational drumming, laughter yoga and the healing power of voice are cornerstones of the service. Other relaxation, healthy breathing methods and bodily motion are also important techniques that enhance the uplifting experience for participants.

Benefits include a sense of calm and well-being, increased oxygen flow, reduced stress, a sense of community and more. The service is available to businesses, studios, schools and other organizations for team building, staff development, staff appreciation and organizational wellness programs.
