Rachel Benbow, owner of The Roots of Health, completed the course CranioSacral Applications for Conception, Pregnancy and Birth in January. She can now offer Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) to couples trying to conceive, pregnant women, and moms and babies postpartum; dads can also be included as part of the family process.

CST is a gentle, effective therapy to address fears or limiting beliefs that challenge conception or healthy pregnancy; it can release physical restrictions effecting mother or fetus, and reduce the need for birthing interventions. CST is also helpful for premature babies and those that are having problems feeding/tongue tie, torticollis, colic, anxiety and other conditions.
