Learn About Heart Rhythm Meditation

Susanna Bair

Susanna Bair, an internationally renowned meditation teacher and foremost expert in Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) with IAM Heart, will conduct a workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 9, at Unity Church of Palmyra.

HRM is a powerful form of fully embodied meditation which connects breath and heart to create a deeply transformative experience. This is a rare and powerful opportunity to learn in person from one of the co-founders of IAMHeart; the developers of Heart Rhythm Meditation.

Bair says, “Learning and practicing Heart Rhythm Mediation allows us to connect with our truest sense of our authentic selves and helps us create a happy and fulfilling life based on the deepest desires of our hearts. Heart Rhythm Meditation gives us both power and guidance about how best to apply that power.” HRM also creates openness and cooperation, compassion and empathic insight, among its many emotional benefits.

Cost is $49. Location: 37 E. Main St., Palmyra. For more information, call 717-940-0265, email AwakenYourHeart@comcast.net or visit IAMHeart.org/purpose to register.
