Learn Access Bars at Mella Luna

Mella Luna Studios will host an Access Consciousness Bars practitioner training with Kat Baker, of Serenity Through Sound, from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., March 30. Taking the Access Bars class is a prerequisite for all Access Consciousness core classes. In this hands-on class, participants learn the Bars points and participate in gifting two Bars sessions and receiving two Bars sessions. After completing the class, they will be qualified to give Access Bars to others.

Access Consciousness proposes that there are 32 points on the head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release all of the thoughts, feelings and emotions that keep us stuck, repeating the same patterns in life over and over again—like hitting the delete button on a computer.

Cost is $350; $50 may be applied from the Intro to Access Bars class from 5 to 7:30 p.m., Mar. 9. Massage therapists earn eight CEU. Location: 9 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs. Register by Mar. 23 at AccessConsciousness.com/en/class-catalog/core-classes/bars/access-bars-class_66811.
