Program on Managing Chronic Pain




For many people, living with pain is a way of life, but it is possible to increase the level of functioning and quality of life while easing suffering with alternative treatments for pain management. The MindFULL Well Center Integrative and Functional Medicine Holistic Planning Committee will present A Balanced Approach to Pain Management and Well-Being from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., April 8, at the Hillside Medical Center.

Participants will learn about integrative modality techniques to treat the body-mind connection for providing pain relief with experts in the field on physiological, psychological and spiritual pain. There will also be exhibits on the topics of nutritional health coaching, crystal healing, meditation/aromatherapy, sound therapy, trauma/energy healing, energy work and mindful movement.
