Get a Handle on Stress and Anxiety




Red Head Yoga will present a day long workshop, Learning How to Handle Your Anxiety in a Holistic Manner, on June 10, with yoga, meditation, tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and other amazing things that are really beneficial for those that have anxiety, panic attacks, OCD or depression.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, more than 40 million adults suffer from some sort of an anxiety disorder. Owner Cynthia Beers struggled with anxiety for years and worked alongside noted local psychologist Thomas E. Fink, Ph.D. to bring together the best holistic solutions that can be practiced anywhere.

Participants will learn many different ways to help keep anxiety away, exercises to help with stress and help to live a more productive and happy life.
