Nutrition Naturally at Mending Roots Wellness




Mending Roots Wellness, in Camp Hill, is hosting Clean Your Machine in '17, a 28-day program designed to teach clean eating, mindfulness and holistic stress reduction techniques, as well as creating positive long-term habits, detoxifying body systems and balancing weight for optimal health with Nicole Sharkey, a holistic dietitian nutritionist. Sessions begin May 6.

The program will help participants learn or reestablish healthy eating patterns to improve overall health and wellbeing by eliminating inflammatory foods, reducing internal stress and balancing weight. You will receive private counseling, group support, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and more. It includes individual counseling, optional group meetings, daily practices, meal plans, recipes and grocery lists, and access to a private Facebook group for support and motivation.

Sharkey says, “Proper nutrition is the foundation for optimal health. This program can help to improve energy, reduce inflammation, reduce stress and balance weight.”
