Try Beginner Classes at H2L Studio




Beginner sessions at H2L Studio are perfect for those wanting to amp up their fitness routine, but don't know where to start. They are offering a Beginner Barre workshop at 5 p.m., May 22, great for toning the body, increasing flexibility and trying something new.

Manager Courtney Farinelli says, “Barre is a full-body workout that focuses on toning the body in a low-impact way. It's fun, upbeat and will spice up any fitness routine!”
