Palmyra Real Food Emporium will celebrate the start of the 10th year from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., May 10, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 11, by offering samples of meat and seafood, raw milk and milk products, soups, cheeses, produce and fermented foods. Red Shale Ridge Winery's Tasting Room will be open for free tastings of their award-winning wines. There will also be live music, a raffle and door prizes.

Palmyra carries organic, grass-fed, free-range, chemical and hormone-free, gluten-free foods, along with raw milk, cheeses, yogurt, pastured meats and poultry, wild-caught seafood, wellness counseling and a fresh herb and vegetable garden that’s available during inclement weather. Many other bulk foods are available in dry-storage barrels, boxed, bagged, canned and jarred goods that all follow along the theme of good clean healthy nourishment for the body.
