A personal discovery workshop, The Secret to your Sacred Self, will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. November 14 and again on December 5 at Johnna Stables, in Carlisle. This unique, one-of-a-kind experience promotes healing and optimal wellness, and participants will discover a natural way to awaken their innermost sacred space through intuitive interaction with horses.

Workshop leader Colleen Francisco says, "Discover your sacred self through the eyes and heart of the horse. You will have the opportunity to work with a horse one-on-one to discover what is blocking you from living an authentic life. No experience with horses is necessary."

Johnna Stables offers a balanced training approach for horses doing English or Western, individual riding lesions for beginner and experienced riders and a personal development program for the optimal horse-rider connection. A large observation lounge with kitchen, fireplace and air conditioning invites clients and guests to relax and watch the activities in the indoor arena.
