New Sugar Detox Program Helps Regulate Blood Sugar

RESTART Nutrition Education and Sugar Detox, a new, five-week nutrition group and program in central Pennsylvania, will be offered at Faith and Hope Wellness Associates, in Mechanicsburg, in January 2018. Special arrangements can be made for groups of four or more.

Meeting once a week for 90 minutes in person or online, RESTART breaks all the rules we have been taught about nutrition. It educates participants about whole food-based nutrition to avoid the blood sugar roller coaster, with weekly emails and a private Facebook group.

Members support each other in making dietary changes and learning about relevant nutrition topics such as preparing for the detox, digestion, fats, blood sugar handling and moving forward. Some note the helpfulness of the group’s proprietary cookbook throughout the process.

Location: 100 Winding Creek Blvd. For more information, email Erin@FaithAndHopeWellness.com or visit FaithAndHopeWellness.com.
