New Wellness Resource at Chamber’s Apothecary

Chambers’ Wellness Center is now open on the second floor of Chambers’ Apothecary, located at 278 Lincoln Way East, in downtown Chambersburg. This new facility is a logical step toward bringing patients optimal health using natural and holistic approaches.

It includes a Himalayan salt cave, ionic footbaths, infrared sauna and massage therap, including lymphatic massage and AromaTouch Technique. Massage therapy is a relaxing experience and very beneficial for detoxifying the body to relieve symptoms such as headaches, myalgia and fatigue. Sessions can either be 30 or 60 minutes, and the lymphatic massage and AromaTouch Technique can be administered separately or in conjunction. Additionally, hot stones can be added on to complete the experience.

Educational consultations include a general overview of nutrition, supplements and essential oils. An advanced consultation uses a detailed history to develop a program using nutrition, pH testing, Bach Flower remedies and essential oils.

Natural health specialist Randi Weist, ND, LMT, CNHP, CHS, provides Lyme disease and chronic illness consultations.
