Weekend Women’s Retreat




Mending Roots Wellness presents a weekend for women from 4 p.m., November 17, through noon, November 19, on the beautiful grounds of Amethyst Retreat Center.

Tami Hornidge, LMT, says, “this is a weekend for women to come together, unplug from the stresses of daily life, turn attention inward, connect with their true self and find pleasure in healing through all of the senses. Enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals, hands-on therapy, meditation, yoga, sound healing, fire circles and personal time. Allow yourself to be immersed in nurturing, self-care and the tremendous healing that occurs in a community of mindful women.”
