Dr. Ingram to Appear in Spring Grove

Sonnewald Natural Foods is sponsoring a seminar by Dr. Cass Ingram, Reversing All Infection and Inflammation: Lyme, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, and More through All Natural Herbal Remedies, from 7 to 9:30 p.m., October 25, at Sacred Heart Church - Parish Center, in Spring Grove. He will impart hundreds of health tips and insights concerning health, nutrition and disease prevention, including the healing properties of wild medicinal spice extracts.

Ingram will also be doing a book signing at Sonnewald Natural Foods, at 10 a.m., October 26.

Ingram is a nutritional physician who received a BS in biology and chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa in 1979 and became a doctor of osteopathy at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines in 1984. He has written more than 20 books on natural healing and given hope to millions via television and radio.
