Plant-Based Method of Weight Loss

Healthy Eating Adventure and Elizabeth George, M.D., will present a free lecture, A Research-Based Revolution in Healthy Eating, at 6 p.m., October 24, at the Shippensburg University Tuscarora Room, in Reisner Dining Hall. This will be followed by a dinner to introduce the fabulous flavors of  a whole foods, plant-based meal, as well as present details of the 28-day program and the results it produces.

Healthy Eating Adventure is a 28-day program that helps participants succeed in taking on healthy eating habits with the support of a coach. They have the opportunity to experience improved well-being, energy and mood, healthier weight, improved blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels,  resolution of painful joint and gut problems –and even clearer skin.
