Yoga Plus Writing at Studio Solomon

Kendra Graves

Kendra Graves will join Studio Solomon in October to offer a unique yoga experience that incorporates writing with yoga practice to explore a deeper connection with the inner self. The Words of Wisdom Yogic Writing Workshop Series will extend from 4 to 6 p.m., October 8 through 30. A free preview session will begin at 4:30 p.m., October 1, where people can meet Graves and ask question..

“We are not a yoga studio, so it is important that a yoga offering is a good fit with our other studio offerings,” says owner Leigh Wisotzkey. “Having Kendra bring her writing background and extensive practical yoga experience together is something unique. In addition, her previous work in communities of color and with youth, as well as seniors, is important to our studio community, where diversity is highly valued.” Graves’ class will promote a thorough yoga practice, including meditation and discussion.

Cost is $100 for the series or a drop-in rate of $30/class. Location: 310 S. 10th St, Lemoyne. To register, call 717-329-2955. For more information, visit
