Lecture Series at the Farmers’ Market in Hershey

The Lebanon Valley College’s Office of Professional Studies is sponsoring the inaugural joint lecture series at the Farmers’ Market in Hershey at 5:30 p.m., September 18, September 25 and October 2, to help participants expand their knowledge about nutrition and health issues that can impact their daily lives.

The topic on September 18 is The Slow Food Movement, with Joe Brandolo, Chapter President of Slow Food Philadelphia. The topic on September 25 is Organic 101, with Beth Romanski, director of professional studies at Lebanon Valley College and an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. The topic on October 2 is Thinking Smart About Healthy Brain Aging, with Daniel George, assistant professor at the Penn State College of Medicine.
