Two upcoming women’s expos in Lebanon and Cumberland counties are designed to provide opportunities for women of all ages to relax, learn and rejuvenate. The second annual Lebanon County Women’s Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., October 4, at the Lebanon Expo Center. The third annual Cumberland County Women’s Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., November 8, at the Carlisle Expo Center.

A variety of presentations will be featured at the Lebanon County Women’s Expo, including a fashion show; how to create a tiled mirror frame; self-defense and cake decorating demonstrations; musical entertainment; and health discussions led by event partner Good Samaritan Hospital.

The Cumberland County Women’s Expo will feature a fashion show, plus presentations including advice from an interior designer; everyday makeup tips; self-defense and cake decorating demonstrations; and vocal and dance performances.

Both expos include numerous exhibitors for doing some early holiday shopping or enjoying a spa treatment. A Hula-Hoop contest will be in full swing at both events, with a $100 cash prize for the winner.
