Red Head Yoga will conduct Women's Weekend Away—A Spiritual Journey, from 7 p.m., September 30, to 1 p.m., October 2, at the Amethyst Retreat Center, in Duncannon, with owner Cindy Beers, Dr. Bonnie Schindler, Carol Howe, Jacque LeBeau and Edyta Hutchman for a weekend of finding the spirituality in every day life. It's a weekend to come together as a community of women to find and embrace the spirituality in our daily lives.

Beers states, “By coming to the retreat, you'll be able to find what's been missing in your life. So many of us lose the spirituality within our lives due to a busy lifestyle, loss, trauma or depression.”
