Mella Luna Studios has added foot reflexology with Beth Camplese-Baublitz, owner of EMB Reflexology, as a new service. She states, “It is the belief of reflexology that by stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system, you reduce your anxiety and fight-or-flight responses, which allow your body to begin to heal and take care of itself. Regular sessions are able to assist you in feeling better and staying healthier. It is my desire to create a comfortable and professional space for balance and healing.”

Camplese-Baublitz completed a 110-hour intensive advanced reflexology training course (including theory, anatomy, physiology, mapping, ethics, technique and documenting) at Harrisburg Area Community College. She has also met all the requirements for an ARCB certified reflexologist.
