Thrive Fit Co., Natural Awakenings South Central PA and The Healthy Grocer have partnered to spotlight those people in our community living a healthy lifestyle and inspiring those around them to do the same. Role models inspire us to focus on and create goals, move toward the finish line and celebrate our victories. They give us an example of how to pursue our goal, despite adversity or challenging times.

Each month, a winner from the nominations will be featured on Thrive Fit Co. and The Healthy Grocer websites, social media and in Natural Awakenings. That way, their voice for a healthy lifestyle will reach more people, helping to inspire even more lives. The winning Healthy Ambassador will receive a healthy reward in the form of product or gift card from The Healthy Grocer, three free classes at Thrive Fit Co., and a ticket to Fit Fest.

It may be someone that inspires others to live a healthy lifestyle, thrives on preparing for their next marathon or receives a white belt in kung fu at the age of 50. Maybe this person has made a life change that brought healthy foods into their diet, and we observed their personal positive transformation.
