Step up to the Suspension Barre




The Studio by Absolute Pilates is offering a new class format of Suspension Barre—the melding of two current favorites in the fitness world—suspension training and barre. The class combines barre moves at the barre, barre-inspired moves using the TRX suspension trainer for stability and classic TRX exercises.

Owner Allison Zang says, “Suspension Barre will challenge the control of the avid barre-goer and take their fitness routine to the next level.”
