Special Mother’s Day Yoga Class at Om Baby

Erika Malorzo recently received I AM Yoga Nidra certification from the Amrit Yoga Institute and will be conducting monthly classes on the second of each month at Om Baby Pregnancy & Parenting Center. A donation-based Mother's Day class called Peaceful Moments for Mom will be offered from 9 to 10 a.m., May 13. This class is for all moms, especially those with new babies and youngsters, but is open to anyone that wishes to attend.

“Monthly classes will restore body and mind through a relaxing yoga sleep-like state. This is especially important for new moms who often don't get the full nights rest that they need,” says Malorzo. “Join other mothers for this sleep-based meditation practice. You will be guided to lay down on the floor all cozy with pillows and blankets, comfortably still and simply witness. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation where your thinking mind can quiet by entering a space between wake and sleep.”

Mother’s Day admission is by donation. Location: 2201 Market St., rear entrance, Camp Hill. For more information, call 717-761-4975, email Holly@OmBabyCenter.com or visit OmBabyCenter.com.
