Om My Yoga Offers Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Bringing innovation and passion to the Central Pennsylvania area, Om My Yoga continues to expand their offerings with a teacher training program that includes aerial yoga. The first Level 1 training will be offered from October 10 to 12, in Camp Hill; Level 2 training will be offered from November 7 to 9. Teacher training is open to yoga teachers, Pilates teachers and other bodyworkers, movement specialists or fitness enthusiasts. Aerial yoga classes are open to all people of all fitness levels.

“Aerial yoga is a unique and therapeutic practice in which participants move through a series of postures, focusing on the breath and end with a ‘floating’ relaxation,” says Rachel Wilson, owner of Om My Yoga. “The silk hammock can support up to 1,000 pounds and allows for access to inversions and other beneficial postures that would otherwise be unattainable without many years of practice.”

Location: 4407 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill. For more information, call 717-645- 2214, email or visit
