Yoga at Simply Well is a thriving and welcoming community for students of all levels-beginners to advanced. We offer a retreat-like environment to release the stresses of everyday life. Our wide variety of Classes and Workshops provide you with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to live a life of balance

Yoga at Simply Well was founded by Carlisle native Michele Landis in May 2010.

Whether you are a brand new student, want to challenge yourself with a vigorous flow, relax with our deeply restorative classes, or learn about healthy eating, Yoga at Simply Well offers something for everyone. Our group yoga and pilates mat classes are taught by professional certified instructors. We also offer prenatal yoga and meditation.

Our beautiful hard wood floor studio space offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to help you get away and experience the care and nurturing you deserve. Our studio, lined with vibrant plants and two fireplaces, gives the room a natural and inviting environment. We have mats, blankets, straps, blocks, eye pillows, and hand towels available at no extra charge. A changing area and bathrooms are also available.

For students, there is plenty of parking. You may park off street, in our parking lot behind the building accessed through Church Ave, or at the Pomfret St. Parking Garage. For off street parking, meters are active from 8-4 pm Monday-Friday. If you park directly behind our building, feel free to enter through the garden entrance in the rear. The Pomfret Street Parking Garage is located around the corner at 35 W. Pomfret St. Our instructors strive to provide a supportive space for you to practice. Some tips to optimize your experience: • Wear comfortable layered clothing. • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. • Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Classes are held in bare feet when possible. • Bring a bottle of water. • Refrain from eating heavy foods before class. • Most classes last 50-90 minutes, with some exceptions.
