Want to add more HaHaHa to your holidays? Chuckle your way into this day of uplifting celebration beginning with community Laughter Yoga in Central Market from 10-11 am to get ready for the "Light Up York" festivities throughout the day on Saturday December, 7th.

What is Laughter Yoga you ask? It is a worldwide movement of expanding Peace by taking time to come together in community and to share in merry making and fun for the health of it. With lots of laughter we stretch, move around, play some games, and then meditate on how good the flow of joy feels! What a great way to socialize through joy and laughter, as well as support local residents Jack and Tammy Bray as they share the mission to "spread mirth on Earth" through Joyful ViBRAYtions!  Let's choose to be Joy-full every day of the year.

This event is free to the public. We will gather inside the market house by the E. Philadelphia St. entrance.
