This 90 minute restorative style class invites you into longer held postures that brings stillness to the mind and body. In these postures you will receive hands on Reiki promoting essential peace. While in the exquisite position of rest and ease, you can bask in the intentional sound waves from a variety of different healing instruments like the handpan, koshi chimes, and crystal pyramid.

Finished with a conclusive gong bath to elevate your vibration and make you feel amazing!

To achieve optimal support during class, attendees are encouraged to bring a pillow and 2 blankets.

Full Moon time is the perfect time to recharge, it’s also an essential time to release that which is no longer of service to you, making this workshop the perfect opportunity to both recharge and release!
