HIIT yoga plus gentle stretches and guided rest
Looking to pack a lot into a small window of time? This is the class for you! Yoga shred is a system that explores asana (yoga poses) moving at a fast pace with Tabata timing (HIIT intervals). You’ll have the option to add light weights. You will sweat, raise your heart rate and work to build muscle before relaxing through gentle asana (yoga poses) and finish with a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation while laying down). Class is about 1/2 challenging effort and 1/2 gentle/rest.
