Reflexologist Lauren Frisbie has joined the staff at Firefly Hollow Wellness to provide pain relief, relaxation and stress reduction, support sleep health and overall balance. She completed her training at Harrisburg Area Community College in 2018 and is certified with the American Reflexology Certification Board.

 

 Frisbie says, “Reflexology sessions promote balance and normalization of the body naturally. They reduce stress and bring about relaxation, improve circulation and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to cells.”
