Wild and Scenic Film Festival

Since 2019, the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay has brought communities together by hosting the Wild & Scenic Film Festival. This spring, The 12 films can be viewed online via video on demand for five days from March 6 through 11, and at Penn Cinema on March 6 from 6:15 to 9 p.m. It is an extension of the Alliance’s mission to bring together communities, companies, and conservationists to improve the lands and waters of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

 

The Film Festival brings together incredible selections of films that inform, inspire and ignite solutions and possibilities to restore the Earth and human communities, while creating a positive future for the next generation. Attendees can expect to see award-winning films about nature, community activism, adventure, conservation, water, energy and climate change, wildlife, environmental justice, agriculture, Native American and Indigenous cultures.
