Learn to Manage Sleep Naturally




Lindsay Pietropola, functional nutrition educator and physical therapist; Beth Baublitz, ARCB reflexologist; and Emily Gilmore, certified yoga instructor, will facilitate a workshop, Managing Sleep Holistically: An Integrated Approach! From noon to 4 p.m., January 12, 2019.

Owner Emily Gilmore says, “Are you struggling with sleep issues? Join us for an integrated, holistic approach to managing insomnia, discovering tools for relaxation and creating a calmer mind to allow the body to rest.”

The workshop includes guided, gentle yoga to prepare the body and mind for better sleep; a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice to encourage relaxation; discussion on nutrition and herbs specifically for managing sleep; specific reflexology techniques; tea; healthy snacks; and a calming aromatherapy roll-on to take home!”
