John Kensinger, an American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer, has joined the team at Dillsburg Yoga, and will be offering holistic personal training. As an introductory special, he is offering a one-hour session for $40 and a half-hour session for $25 ($10 savings).

Holistic personal training develops an action plan to help achieve a healthier life. Training sessions include personalized instruction on state-of-the-art equipment with a variety of options:  one-on-one and couples personal training, senior fitness, youth sports training, strength training, flexibility and toning, or balance and stability.
