Alta View Wellness Center practitioner Kathy Zoladz a specialist in Ashiatsu, has brought this new modality to our area. Mini-introductory sessions are available at 7 p.m., February 16 and 23 (call to register). Regular Ashiatsu sessions are held Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
