Rachael Fahnestock, an esthetician and professional makeup artist, has joined Tranquility Salon and Wellness Center, a full-service Aveda concept salon, in Carlisle. Fahnestock offers facials for men and women, waxing services, relaxing back treatments, lash and brow tinting, lash extensions and professional makeup application. A graduate of the Aveda Institute of Washington, D.C., she utilizes Aveda skincare products, which contain no chemicals or potentially skin-damaging ingredients.
